The 5x5x5 Extreme Service Guarantee (ESG) is simple: 5 YEARS, 5 BUSINESS DAYS days, $5 HUNDRED DOLLARS to Refresh.
During the first 5 years of ownership, should you experience any failures whatsoever (battery failure, mechanical defect, timekeeping issue, etc) simply contact us and provide the serial number and customer code engraved on your ownership card. We’ll supply you with a pre-paid overnight shipping label for return to us. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your watch within five (5) business days of our receipt of it. If for any reason we are unable to repair or replace it during that time-frame, we will offer to provide a comparable watch to you on loan until your watch can be returned to service.
If you elect to return your watch to us to be “Refreshed”* within the first five (5) years of ownership, we will extend your warranty for an additional 5 year period with terms identical to the initial five (5) year period.
*SēL Refresh is a service including replacement of all wear parts and seals, polishing of the casework, battery replacement, and re-certifying the watch for timekeeping and pressure resistance. The price for a SēL Refresh is $500.
